GRIT BARBELL: Functional fitness, cross training and strength training utilizing barbell olympic lifting techniques along with cardio, gymnastics and varied strength equipment for a full body workout! Each class lasts an hour and clients will complete programmed workout(s) under the watchful eye of our trained coaching staff. All workouts can be adapted as needed for all skill levels.
GRIT 101: 45-60 minutes of full body strength and cardio training with machines, body weight, med balls, dumbbells and kettlebells. This is the perfect class for clients who want a programmed workout that is varied, convenient and gets results!
