How do I sign up?
Come by during business hours and we can help you get signed up and answer any questions you have. If you plan to workout the same day you sign-up, we are happy to help before or after class. You will need to sign a waiver prior to your first class. Kids under 18 years of age will need a parent or guardian to sign for them.
How much are classes?
GRIT $130/mo for unlimited class and equipment access. We offer 3 GRIT class times a day and open gym Saturdays 8:30a-10:00a. All class times are coach-led and a daily workout provided. At the start of class, the coach goes over the workout of the day and any equipment needed. They will take members through a warm-up, supervise and coach movement technique and initiate the workout as a group. Every workout is adaptable to individual’s needs, from beginner to advanced athlete.
GRIT 101 $95/mo for unlimited access to all class times, alongside GRIT, or the designated 101
class at 4:00p. Each day offers a new and varied, programmed workout and is coach led.
What do I wear and do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable workout attire that doesn’t limit or restrict movement. If you’d like a towel, bring it and don’t forget the H20!
Do you offer youth classes?
GRIT 101 is a great class for teens and adults to get moving! All movements and weights can be adjusted as needed.
GRIT offers barbell technique and strength opportunities for youth who want to learn or improve on those areas. GRIT is a great adjunct to sports and will help increase stamina and strength for those clients!
The price for youth clients is the same. We work to address the specific needs of all clients, regardless of age or ability.

What if I haven’t worked out in a long time?
We will meet you where you are! Everyone who walks through the doors of GRIT has started with the basics and worked to get where they are at this point. Our trained coaching staff will assist you with scales and modifications as needed to get the most from your workouts and help you reach your goals!
