GRIT is cross training and functional fitness combined. Our programming trains your muscles to work together and accomplish daily tasks more efficiently—gaining strength, balance, endurance and flexibility.
We understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. GRIT is not just a gym, but a community of coaches and clients. We train as a group; encouraging and motivating one other, to achieve personal fitness goals and improve overall personal wellness.
Our goal is to make you stronger. Our workouts utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls and other weight equipment to gain muscle, strengthen bones and joints and increase fat burning potential.
A strong core is essential for functional movement patterns. We integrate body weight and gymnastic exercises to increase strength, balance and stability, improving your body's ability to accomplish daily tasks and workouts.
Our training style is versatile and varied, incorporating different cardio modalities and equipment. Rowers, bikes, jump ropes and running are incorporated into our workouts to improve stamina and endurance.
